Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipments do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, there may be slight delays in processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience and will notify you via email or phone if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free shipping within the UAE for orders over AED 800.
• Standard shipping within the UAE: AED 40 for orders below AED 800.
• GCC Shipping (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): AED 150.

Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in AED. If you are ordering from outside the UAE, please be aware that additional custom duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items as proof when filing a claim.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at hello@calgelarabia.com to initiate an exchange request.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be fully refunded (including shipping fees) if canceled before they are shipped.
• Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 30 minutes of completing your checkout.
